At A. Gallo Colors, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handmade paints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring that delicate pigment pans or sets are protected from movement during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in Italy.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
